Wheelchair Hire
A limited number of manual wheelchairs and walkers are available, free of charge, on a first-come-first served basis within the NEC. Electric scooters can be hired at a cost of £25 per day. Please telephone our suppliers, Motobility, on +44 (0)1527 837076 to book in advance. Lines are open 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Sunday (UK time) visit the Mobility website
Hearing Impairments
Public telephones are available for persons with hearing impairments. An induction loop audio system is fitted in Concourse Suites 1 and 2.
Medical Facilities
The main Medical Centre is in the Piazza, near Hall 5 entrance to Coach & Bus Live 2007. Qualified staff are on duty throughout Coach & Bus Live 2007.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency please notify a member of Security or any member of staff who will be pleased to help you. Alternatively, call the Medical Centre on 2222 using the internal telephones located inside the main venues.
Toilets
The NEC have Male and Female wheelchair accessible toilets. As part of an ongoing improvement plan, these toilets will be upgraded to unisex.
